    I’m a software engineer from China mainland.

    Recently, I am learning about the relevant government regulations on akiya. I intend to write an article to introduce Japanese akiya policy to Chinese netizens. For example, where should I go to find out the local government’s restrictions on foreigners’purchase of akiya and what akiya are sold there (Chinese seem only interested in buying houses). Do you have any suggestions?

    For example, I want to settle in Kagoshima County, Kyushu, and I want to buy the local akiya, but I’m not sure what restrictions there are on foreigners, such as how long they have to stay.
